E. Yuri Figini
http://www.freewebs.com/eyf/gallery12005.htm
The works of the Italian artist are mostly contemporary art,his style is very divers since experimentation with different genres, techniques and materials is a strong point in his art. As a self tought artist, E.Yuri Figini learned his craft by copiyng the masterpieces of many painters of the French impressionism then the European surrealism and also learned the old master crafts for preparing the painting surfices like canvases or wood panels. Since the year 2003 he is living with his wife in Japan where his style is in a continous development and he is regurarly holding exhibitions.

ewen brown
Ewen Brown has spent the last eight years working in and around the Art and Design world. In 2000 he moved to Nottingham, joining northern fashion brand ‘One True Saxon’, spending the last five years exclusively producing images for them. His colourful and experienced background, however, seems to have had little impact on his own work! Ewen subscribes to an eclectic mix of caravan imagery, drawings influenced by 1950’s photographic portraiture and everyday town and city scenes.

The faces that I paint are self-portraits, faces that I see, or those that I have imagined asleep or awake done in either oil or acrylic paints. Since staring at people has been a life-long habit of mine, it's no surprise that my subjects tend to be faces. In all cases, I find conveying people with some level of abstraction to be the most interesting. It is much more fun to challenge the mind and leave the dots unconnected.
